Who Is It For?
Players willing to leave their comfort zone and push themselves to the next level.
Our program will not only make better hockey players to return to their respective teams, but also better leaders and people.
Os Hockey program directors support athletes in their efforts to reach their full potential both on and off the ice emphasizing physical fitness, self-discipline, teamwork, leadership and personal performance.
**Our on-ice staff includes ONLY female Division I and US National team players, a majority of which currently play professional hockey for the Minnesota Whitecaps.**
Os Hockey is designed to push players beyond their comfort zone, teaching them to think fast, react and be prepared prior to up coming situations.
All Woman Team
Our staff is built with dedicated women, many who participated in the very same program they are now running. These women have played Division I and/or on US National Teams. Several are currently playing professional hockey for the Minnesota Whitecaps.
