Week 1-3: June 9-26
Week 4-6: July 7-24
Week 7-8: Aug 4-14
The 8 Week Summer Training program consists of 1 hour of ON ICE, 1 hour of OFF ICE training, twice weekly for 8 weeks June-August.
- Ages 8-18
- All Female On-Ice Staff
- 2 days per week
- 5 Skill Levels
- 16 Os team-training sessions
- 16 dry-land sessions
- 3 metro locations (Blaine, St. Paul, & Eden Prairie/Burnsville)
Players have 3 locations to choose from:

Our program will not only make better hockey players to return to their respective teams, but also better leaders and people.
They will go away knowing more about their strengths and weaknesses and how to overcome challenges.

Development Teams Forming Now!
The off-season teams generally consist of three tournaments starting in the month of April. The girls will have a break from June through the end of July. Players looking for more ice time will have many additional options including the 8 week Os Summer Training Program.
